Thursday morning beginners
We offer traditional Tai Chi Chuan lessons taught in a friendly and informal setting. We run various classes throughout south London for all ages and abilities.

Freestyle push hands
Regular practice improves balance, flexibility and co-ordination and helps to develop core strength and power, a relaxed focused mind and a healthy resilient body.

Adults - We teach the full beginners syllabus for adults in daytime as well as evening classes.
Everyone is welcome to drop in at our weekly ongoing classes.

Children - Kids can learn the 15 step Wu Style children's form, basic push hands and other exercises. Please contact us for details or if you would like to arrange a workshop.
Healthcare Sector - We teach in the healthcare sector with adaptable exercises for wheelchair users and the less mobile. We run Tai Chi Therapy sessions at Fairlie House neuro rehab centre in West Norwood, as well as providing a weekly class for Age UK Lewisham & Southwark.
Private Lessons - If you require private one-on-one lessons or group sessions for your business, organisation, school or college please get in touch. We run demo's and workshops for organisations such as the NHS and Centrica.
Our instructor Neville Côté is a disciple of Grandmaster Wu Kwong Yu (Eddie Wu) and a teaching member of the Archway Academy. He has been certified to teach by the International Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan Federation, has an up-to-date enhanced level CRB certificate and full insurance through Lloyds of London.
